Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all Rad Power Bikes and accessories to ensure they meet your performance expectations. Items must be in new, resaleable condition and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully repack your e-bike or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
